D for DUM

Dum is an age-old cooking process where the food is cooked in its own juices on a low flame. The pot used for this procedure is sealed well to ensure that the flavors and aroma of the food being cooked remains intact.

I will be uploading the procedure of Dum Ki Biryani but want to do it with a accompanying video

So for now i will post a recipe which I tried from a TV Show and came out fantastic, its called Dum Jhinga Anari. Check my next post for that.
